The fall season starts, kids are back in school and things are fresh just before the winter holidays come around the corner. Here are our top 4 favourite things to enjoy in the new season, with healthful twist.

SUMMER SUN in shining and fall leaves are starting to show. Our fall ‘New Years’ resolutions are a little different than the ones in January. Here are our top 4 favourite healthful things to make healthy living easier as we transition into a busy fall.

CHIA SEEDS: Many of us already know that tiny Seeds are the highest plant source of Omega 3s, rich in calcium and an easily digested protein source. From its gel-like consistency when mixed with a liquid, it slows the digestion of carbs, helps remove toxins and regulate bowel movements. If you’re in a crunch, try these pre-packed sticks or grab the chia seeds in bulk and store in mini jars to take with you. 

CHAGA: This immune boosting ingredient is more than just a member of the fungi family. This wild mushroom contains the enzyme SOD (superoxide dismutase), an antioxidant that prevents damage to the cell’s DNA.
